Prior to founding Splashie,  Jerry Kelly was Vice President of Finance and Treasury at  2929 Entertainment,  a vertically integrated entertainment company where Jerry was an officer of 2929 Productions, Landmark Theatres, Magnolia Pictures, Magnolia Home Entertainment, HD Net Films and 2929 International. Throughout his career, Jerry has worked with technology, entertainment and manufacturing companies and his expertise runs the gamut of equity and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, risk management, investor relations, global cash management, product development, and licensing. Jerry has held senior positions in both finance and treasury with Quarterdeck Corporation (NASDAQ: QDEK) and MagneTek (NYSE:MAG).
