Invitations and Other Communications to Non-users
Splashie users can invite friends to join the website by sending invitation emails via our automated invitation system. Splashie stores the email addresses that users provide so that the respondents may be added to the friend's list of the user sending the invitations, and also to send reminders of the invitations. Splashie does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations, invitation reminders (up to three (3) per email address). Recipients of invitations from Splashie may contact Splashie to request the removal of their information from our database.

Publicizing Winners of our Tournaments
By participating in the Tournament offered on our website, you agree that Splashie may make public, in the form of press releases, public statements or other communications to media or other third parties, your name, telephone number and the locality in which you reside if you should win any prize. Refusal to agree to this publicity may result in disqualification from the Tournament and award of your prize to another participant.

Users who no longer wish to receive updates or notifications may choose not to by sending an email to privacy@splashie.com and placing 'Do not send me notification emails' in the subject of the email.
